Webinar on Tax Dispute Resolution: South Africa, Nigeria, and the UK
This webinar focuses on Dispute Resolution. Many multi-national entities operate across several African jurisdictions. Due to the complexity of domestic tax laws as well as the tax implications of cross-border transactions and the impact of double tax agreements, taxpayers in various African jurisdictions may end up in a dispute with the local tax authorities. An increasing number of jurisdictions have implemented alternative tax dispute resolution mechanisms, including tax tribunals. Some have been long established, while others are relatively recent, or have been recently reformed.
This webinar will focus on South Africa, Nigeria, and the UK as three jurisdictions that share a legal heritage as far as courts of law are concerned but developed and reformed tax dispute resolution mechanisms along their own trajectories.
You can register here.
Registration is reserved for IFA members and free of charge.
