PANELISTS BIO

Ndanga Kamau - senior arbitration lawyer. Ndanga Kamau is an international lawyer based in
The Hague, Netherlands. Her practice focuses on international dispute settlement, public
international law, private international law, and business & human rights

Funke Adekoya - Fellow and Chartered Arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of
Arbitrators and sits on the Court of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. She is listed
on the panel of arbitrators of the Kigali International Arbitration Centre, SIAC, ICSID and
CIETAC amongst others. She is also a member of the African Users Council of the London
Court of International Arbitration and ArbitralWomen.

Ibrahim Magu - Assistant Inspector General (AIG) rtd.
Former Chairman, EFCC (Nigeria) - lead investigator in P&ID case.

Theo Emuwa - Senior Partner - Aelex - a Nigerian law firm dealing with tax treaty disputes

Chuck Eze - Tax Appeal judge and academic, with a focus on tax dispute resolution
