IFA Belgium - Netherlands Bilateral Conference

Belgium and the Netherlands concluded a new treaty on 21 June 2023. A joint explanatory memorandum is expected to be available by Summer, marking an important milestone in the ratification process.

On 6 September 2024, the Belgian and Dutch branches will meet in Antwerp for a seminar on the occasion of the conclusion of this new treaty and to discuss other international tax developments that impact both countries.
