IFA Croatia is organising a conference “Fiskalizacija 2.0 – implementacija i porezni nadzor 2.0”, with participation from the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Administration, practitioners and service providers.
The programme will cover, among others:
- the legal and technical architecture of Fiscalisation 2.0 and mandatory e‑invoicing in Croatia
- the role of CPA 2025 and the practical impact on businesses, tax advisers and attorneys
- how Fiscalisation 2.0 fits into the wider EU trend towards digital reporting (including MiCA, DAC8 and, in perspective, VIDA), without these being separate topics of the conference
- the increasing use of AI in tax risk analysis and audits, including questions of GDPR, proportionality and professional secrecy (attorney–client privilege and other professions of trust).
