Important Information on Access to the Main Hall

We are truly delighted by the overwhelming interest in this year’s Congress, with more than 2,200 attendees registered — a significant number that reflects the strength and vibrancy of our community.

Please note, however, that the main hall of the venue (Auditorium 1) has a maximum capacity of 1,500 seats. This means that:

• The first 1,500 delegates to arrive will be admitted to the main hall for the Opening Ceremony (Sunday) and Main Subject 1 (Monday).
• Once this capacity is reached, delegates will be welcomed in an adjacent room (Auditorium 2) with live broadcasting, ensuring that everyone can follow the sessions in real time.

Auditoriums 6 and 7 have a capacity of 690 seats. This means that:

• The first 690 delegates to arrive will be admitted to the Auditoriums 6 and 7 for Seminar B (Monday).
• Once this capacity is reached, delegates will be welcomed in an adjacent room (Auditorium 2) with live broadcasting, ensuring that everyone can follow the sessions in real time.

We want to stress that this limitation applies only to the aforementioned sessions. All networking opportunities, the exhibition hall, and other activities remain fully accessible to every participant, with plenty of space for all.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. This adjustment is solely due to the physical constraints of the venue, and we are committed to making your experience as rewarding as possible.

Practical tip: If attending the main hall is particularly important to you, we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early, taking into account possible traffic in Lisbon.
