It is our pleasure to announce that the 2022 Cahiers are published and can be accessed online via My IFA ! The main subjects this year, which will be discussed at the Berlin congress, are:
Subject 1: Group approach and separate entity approach in domestic and international tax law
General reporters: Johanna Hey (Germany) and Arne Schnitger (Germany)
Subject 2: Big Data and tax – Domestic and international taxation of data driven business
General reporter: Gary Sprague (USA)
In the coming month IFA members will receive the compact Cahier in printed form. The printed publication of the Cahier consists of the general reports of both Subject 1 and Subject 2, the EU report for Subject 1, and the summaries of all branch reports.
The full Cahiers are published online. This digital publication consists of the general reports, the EU report and all full branch reports including the biographies and the directives. The online version of the Cahiers can be accessed via the secured part of the IFA website using your IFA login details.
