In May 2019, the first IFA European Region Conference will take place in Warsaw including a YIN Panel which will deal with "Post BEPS taxpayers' rights".
In order to prepare for this interesting Panel, the following questionnaire has been created which sets out various specific measures and remedies responding to potential violations of taxpayers' rights. It consists of two lists:
We would like to invite all YIN members to fill out the questionnaire which consists of selecting the case and the remedies that correspond to this case in a given jurisdiction. Additional (outside the questionnaire) comments will be also very welcome.
It would be great if we achieved a high number of responses as this will not only make the findings more relevant, but also the YIN Panel itself more interesting. The larger the number the more interesting the debate at the Conference will be. It may also help to choose the composition of the YIN Panel.
