The Multilateral Instrument and Singapore's tax treaties
This month’s ITD will feature a presentation during which one of the authors of the 2020 IFA Singapore branch report on the Multilateral Instrument will present their preliminary findings. The report is a joint effort of Robin Ng (IRAS) and Yves van Brussel (L&L). The objective of this ITD is to gather feedback from the audience through open discussion in order to ensure the Singapore report that will be published by Global IFA will be representing Singapore’s position as balanced as possible.
The audience is encouraged to bring forward their views and raise their questions on the following topics:
