Together with the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP), the IFA European Region is organising a Webinar on the practical perspectives opened by the transfer pricing and BEFIT Directives proposals as well as the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. Leading members of the tax constituencies (practitioners, academics, and corporate tax directors) will be presenting the main features of the Directives and addressing the issues raised by its implementation. The debate will include the practical implications faced by MNEs and the impact of the Directives on non-EU corporate groups.
